Cholesterol

Try 3 tea spoons of oats (require cooking type not instant type, preferably organic) and dissolve with drinkable room temperature water and soak overnight. (You could do it before you go to bed) Drink them all the next morning before your breakfast. It's quite nice to drink as already soft. Try everyday for 3 months and check your cholesterol, it should come down significantly. I have heard and many have tried and found it works and cost effective with no side effect, if you are taking statin drug you can also try but dont drop drug until you have achieved good result and the doctor says so. Cooked oats especially instant are very slow to reduce cholesterol, eating raw is better absorption and more effective.
