4. At 8 PM, repeat the same. Magnesium sulphate opens the gallbladder ducts.

5. At 10 PM, take half cup olive oil (or sesame oil) with half cup fresh lemon juice. Mix it well and drink it. The oil lubricates the stones to ease their passage. PS. 1cup=250ml, ½ cup lemon juice=3 lemons (aprox.)

What is Normal Blood Pressure ? Buy and use a blood pressure monitor. Compare your BP reading with the numbers on the chart above. Draw a line from your systolic pressure to your diastolic pressure. Is the slope of the line about the same as shown on the chart? Where do YOU fit in? What are your risk factors? Are your blood pressure readings within the normal blood pressure range? Should you take anti-hypertension medication to lower your blood pressure?

Normal human daily Blood Pressure Range can vary widely,so any single blood pressure monitor reading is not reliable. BP monitor readings must be taken at different times of day, to determine AVERAGE blood pressure over time.

Top 10 Reasons not to skip your breakfast

A new study shows that eating breakfast every single day is a key behavior among people who average a 60-pound weight loss and have kept it off for six years. The study in the Journal of Obesity Research was an ongoing look at successful maintainers of significant weight loss.

Nearly 80 per cent of them eat breakfast everyday as part of their routine to stay slender. Cereal was their favorite choice. Nutritionists suggest starting the day with whole grains such as oat meal or brown rice which are low on the glycemic index. These satisfying foods do not cause a sudden rise in blood glucose. Instead, they tend to hold off hunger for several hours because they are absorbed slowly into the bloodstream.

Breakfast can make or break a diet, because breakfast helps set the tone for the rest of the day. If you’re one of those people who thinks skipping breakfast is a good way to lose weight, think again. Here are the top reasons why you should definitely eat breakfast every day:

1. Break the fast. What does “breakfast” mean? Your body responds to not eating for hours and hours by “slowing down”; diminishing its metabolic rate and burning fewer calories to conserve energy. What you SHOULD be eating (and enjoying it, too):

· Eat eggs, they are good for breakfast. Eat eggs, but eat them in moderation, of course.
· Try a new egg sandwich. You can put cheese or ham on yours. Use your imagination, these are really fun to make. Be creative.
· Eat pancakes. Yes, they are great from time to time. Try to get yourself one of those griddles that you don't need to add fat too. That way you’ll be able to eat these pancakes more often. The main causes of liver damage are:

Evening at

9 - 11pm :
is the time for eliminating unnecessary/ toxic chemicals
(de-toxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on her health.

Evening at 11pm - 1am :

Absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit.

Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 -10am rather than no meal at all.

Sleeping so late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals. Aside from that, midnight to 4am is the time when the bone marrow produces blood.

Therefore, have a good sleep and don't sleep late.

Cholesterol

Try 3 tea spoons of oats (require cooking type not instant type, preferably organic) and dissolve with drinkable room temperature water and soak overnight. (You could do it before you go to bed) Drink them all the next morning before your breakfast. It's quite nice to drink as already soft. Try everyday for 3 months and check your cholesterol, it should come down significantly. I have heard and many have tried and found it works and cost effective with no side effect, if you are taking statin drug you can also try but dont drop drug until you have achieved good result and the doctor says so. How to drink water?

If someone asked you how to drink water, you might think it's a silly question. Everyone needs water, everyone drinks water everyday and most people know to drink water when they are thirsty. But drinking water may not be as simple as you thought. Especially in the dry winter weather, there are certain things that need attention.

Water-drinking timetable

6:30-7:00
After a night's sleep, your body really needs water. Drinking about 250cc of water as soon as you get up helps clean out your liver and kidney. It's a good idea to hold off on breakfast until the water has entered every cell of your body, so try not to eat for half an hour after drinking the water.

8:00-9:00
The commute to the office in the morning can be stressful, and this dehydrates your body. Drink at least 250cc of water when you get to work to refresh yourself from the commute.

11:00
After working several hours in a closed office, the heat may dry out your skin. Drink some water to help moisturize your body and decrease work-related stress.

13:00

DRINK WATER ON EMPTY STOMACH

It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value. We publish below a description of use of water for our readers. For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases:
